SPOTLIGHT FOR APRIL
Toileting
Some neurodivergent children may struggle with the change between nappies, potties and toilets and can find it hard to deal with the routine of using a toilet, wiping and washing hands. The Pines webpage on toileting might have the information you need! https://www.thepineshighland.com/toileting

Welcome to the Pines website. We are a multi-agency team supporting children and families with Neurodevelopmental needs throughout the Highlands.
The Pines building was opened in 2009 to support autistic children and their families in the Highlands. It still offers the same service - housing a multiagency team of Highland Council professionals, NHS staff and third sector organisations, although the remit has expanded to support children with all neurodevelopmental conditions, before and after diagnosis.
Everything we do is underpinned by the Highland Practice Model
